In this case alleging negligence and trespass, plaintiff appeals by leave granted from a circuit court order granting summary disposition to defendants1 on the basis that plaintiffs claims were time-barred under the applicable statute of limitations, MCR 2.116(C)(7), and denying plaintiffs motion to amend to add a nuisance claim.
