PRICE, District Judge.

This appeal raises the question of whether the hearing examiner correctly determined the time of injury under Wyo. Stat. § 27-14-403(c) (Cum.Supp.1995) for computation of temporary total disability benefits. The district court affirmed the decision of the hearing examiner. Finding the decision is supported by substantial evidence and otherwise in accordance with law, we affirm.
