MARING, Justice.

[¶ 1] The State appeals from judgments1 holding that Raymond Obregon's child support obligation expired at the end of October 1983 and that his obligation to pay Carol Ann Bies spousal support expired upon her remarriage in June 1990, but that he is still liable for accrued spousal support arrearages totaling $21,784.
