Excel WARREN, Appellant, v. STATE of Arkansas, Appellee.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

September 25, 1997.

PER CURIAM.

On May 5, 1997, we issued an order to counsel, Zimmery Crutcher, to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for failing to perfect the appeal in this case. Mr. Crutcher denied responsibility, so a master was appointed to hold a hearing and to report his findings of fact. That hearing has been conducted and the master's report was filed on July 3, 1997. Mr. Crutcher filed his objections to the master's report on July 17, 1997.
