Plaintiff brought this action seeking a declaration of her right to recovery under the underinsured motorist provision contained in the automobile insurance policy issued by defendant, Amica Mutual Insurance Company (Amica). The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, finding that Amica was obligated to provide coverage to plaintiff because the vehicle which was responsible for plaintiff's injuries...
