The defendants in this suit for uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM) coverage, Homestead Insurance Company and Rebel Transport, Inc., contend that the trial court erred in denying their motion for summary judgment that UM coverage had been properly rejected by a named insured and thus no UM coverage was provided. Instead, the trial court granted the plaintiff's motion for summary judgment that the policy provided UM coverage in the amount of $750,000...
