De MUNIZ, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for robbery in the second degree. ORS 164.405. He assigns error to the admission of a co-defendant's hearsay statements, the denial of his motion for judgment of acquittal, and the trial court's comments during jury instructions. He also raises numerous constitutional challenges to Ballot Measure 11, under which he received a 70-month sentence. We affirm.
