SHAW, Justice.

We have on appeal the judgment and sentence of the trial court imposing the death penalty on Floyd W. Damren. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. We affirm.

Floyd W. Damren entered the grounds of R.G.C. Mineral Sands, stole equipment, and told a friend: "There [is] ... some more good stuff down there I'd like to get." Several weeks later, after drinking beer with friends, Damren returned at night, May 1, 1994, with an accomplice...
