Eleston Fisher appeals his conviction and sentence for second degree murder. We affirm.

The record establishes that at about 4:48 p.m. on December 11, 1992, William Williams, known as "Pony Man", was shot down in an alleyway near 1224 South Salcedo Street in New Orleans.
