Plaintiffs are former employees of defendant. They filed an action for damages alleging claims of wrongful discharge and breach of their employment contracts with defendant. Defendant moved to dismiss the complaint for failure to state facts sufficient to constitute a claim for relief. ORCP 21A(8). The trial court denied defendant's motion to dismiss as to the claim for wrongful discharge but dismissed the claim for
