THOMPSON, Judge.

James Canning and Karen Stevenson appeal several orders and judgments in this action arising from a series of real estate development enterprises in which Mr. Canning was the primary player.1 Their contentions on appeal involve the superior court's response to their admitted failure to provide adequate discovery. We affirm and award attorney fees for this frivolous appeal.
