PER CURIAM:

On August 22, 1994, between 4:00 to 4:30 a.m., the body of nineteen-year-old Justin Lusch ("Justin") was found shot to death in the Lone Mountain desert area in Las Vegas. Appellants Kevin James Lisle ("Lisle") and Jerry Lopez ("Lopez") were each convicted of first degree murder with use of a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit murder.
