Mary Lee Wade and her husband, Lt. James Rao, United States Navy (Ret.) (the Raos) sued Tower Partners, L.L.C. (Tower), David Caballero, its agent, and Lawrence Roe Dodd, Tower's attorney, for damages arising out of the alleged wrongful seizure of residential rental property located in New Orleans. Tower and Caballero answered and filed a third party demand against Dodd seeking damages for alleged legal malpractice...
