In this conspiracy to commit murder case, on March 21, 1997, the Court entered two Orders sealing two Motions without giving prior notice to the public and press. One Order sealed a motion of Defendant Glenn Joseph Cook to dismiss the indictment against him, and the other Order sealed a motion of Peter Halat, Jr. to sever.
