Plaintiff, Hamilton West Development, Ltd. ("Hamilton") seeks judgment from this Court permanently enjoining Hills Stores Company ("Hills") from vacating, or ceasing operation at, a leased premises in the Hamilton West Shopping Center in Hamilton, Ohio. Hamilton asks that Hills be ordered to continue operating a department store at the Hamilton West location until January 31, 2011, approximately twenty (20) years...
