OPINION

HOFFMAN, Judge.

Appellant-plaintiff Spangler, Jennings & Dougherty, P.C. (Spangler) appeals the entry of summary judgment in favor of appellee-defendant Indiana Insurance Company (IIC) on Spangler's claim for attorney's fees in a pro-rata amount of the saved future medical expenses which IIC was obligated to pay on a worker's compensation settlement.
