We have on appeal the judgment and sentence of the trial court imposing the death penalty upon appellant, Bobby Steverson. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const. In May, 1995, Steverson was tried and convicted by a jury for the first-degree murder of Bobby Lucas, armed burglary with assault of Mr. Lucas, and armed robbery for the taking of a television and VCR from Mr. Lucas's trailer.
