Charles Thorpe appeals the court's denial of his motion to set aside a judgment that granted Latashi Thorpe a total divorce and full custody of the couple's minor child. Mr. Thorpe contends the court should have set aside the judgment because service by publication was not justified, venue was improper, and the child custody award did not consider the child's best interests.
