WILSON, Chief Judge.

This is a motion by Ricky Dean Laforce under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate his conviction for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).1 A jury found Laforce guilty of the offense, and the court sentenced him as an armed career criminal to 293 months imprisonment.
