Lynda M. Dolan was convicted in Ravalli County Justice Court of the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, in violation of § 61-8-401, MCA. She appealed to the District Court for the Twenty-First Judicial District in Ravalli. County and moved to suppress evidence obtained from two blood tests.
