Claimant seeks review of a decision of the Employment Appeals Board (EAB) that disqualified him from receiving unemployment insurance benefits on the grounds that he was discharged for misconduct connected with work, ORS 657.176(2)(a); OAR 471-30-038(3)(a), and that the incident for which he was discharged was not an isolated instance of poor judgment, OAR 471-30-038(3)(b).
