This appeal arises from appellant's conviction for possession of a controlled substance. Appellant was indicted for the felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance/Habitual Offender by intentionally and knowingly possessing a controlled substance, i.e., cocaine. Appellant entered a plea of not guilty and trial was to a jury. After hearing the evidence, the jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged in the indictment...
