SEERDEN, Chief Justice.

Reynaldo Montanaro and Xiomara Majewski, appellants, sued to enforce a settlement agreement entered on July 15, 1992 as a result of forced mediation ordered by the trial court. At a bench trial, appellees filed a motion to dismiss. The trial court granted the motion and awarded judgment to appellees on their counterclaims. Appellants bring three points of error claiming that the trial court erred in not enforcing the settlement...
