Joseph Pompa appeals from the entry of a default judgment against him on a RICO claim filed by Gabriel Encinas. In this opinion, we address the issue of the trial court's subject matter jurisdiction over a RICO claim under Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated ("A.R.S.") section 13-2314.04(H) (Supp. 1996).
