After losing a motion to suppress evidence found in the trunk of his car, appellant Warren Turner entered a conditional plea of guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute fifty grams or more of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(A)(iii).
