This dispute arises from an alleged fee-splitting agreement between attorneys Fred Hollender, now deceased, and Brad Eggen. Hollender's widow and assignee of his claims, Christine Hollender Christensen, seeks a declaration that Hollender and Eggen entered into a binding and enforceable contract, pursuant to which Hollender was entitled to one-third of Eggen's attorney fees in a medical malpractice...
