JONES, District Judge.

The defendants have moved to dismiss this pro se action brought under section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 19731 and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act2 on the ground that even accepting as true the allegations of the complaint, the plaintiff has failed to state a claim on which relief can be granted.
