Robert Dennis Kilby pled guilty to two counts of possession of sexually exploitative material. I.C. § 18-1507, -1507A. Kilby was also found guilty by a jury of two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, I.C. § 18-1506, and one count of lewd conduct with a minor, I.C. § 18-1508.
