This is an appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the insured in an insurance coverage declaratory judgment action. Appellee Kelley-Coppedge, Inc. (KCI) purchased a commercial general liability insurance policy from appellant Highlands Insurance Co. (Highlands).
