Appellant Billy Lowell Hammons appeals his convictions and sentences for possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He was sentenced to 40 years in prison with 10 years suspended on the first conviction and to 10 years on the second conviction, with the two sentences to run concurrently.
