In this case we are asked to review the summary dismissal of an application for post-conviction relief. After reviewing the record and applicable law, we affirm.

Timothy J. LaBelle was found guilty by a jury of three counts of lewd conduct with a minor under sixteen. I.C. § 18-1508. He received three concurrent unified sentences of twenty years, with minimum periods of confinement of ten years....
