L.C., a child, was alleged to be delinquent by petition based on being a principal to armed robbery, a violation of La. R.S. 14:24 and La. R.S. 14:64. L.C. denied the allegation and, following an adjudication hearing, was adjudged delinquent as alleged. Later, at the disposition hearing, the juvenile court placed L.C. in the custody of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections for three years.
