These cases arise out of the sale of property owned by Francis B. Ahearn (Ahearn) near Wheatland, Wyoming. Ahearn contends that Anderson-Bishop Partnership (Partnership) wrongfully obtained confidential information from the First State Bank of Wheatland (Bank) and used that information to purchase Ahearn's property at a grossly deflated price.
