In December, 1994, Mr. Shane Bercegeay filed a petition for temporary restraining order and for modification of custody to prevent the defendant, Mrs. Ashley Strawbridge Bercegeay (currently Mrs. Ashley Langford,), from removing their child from the jurisdiction of East Baton Rouge parish.
