Eric J. Larmi, an insured under a Nationwide automobile policy, was injured in a motor vehicle accident. He obtained treatment for his injuries from Jack Taylor, a recognized chiropractic rehabilitation doctor. Nationwide has refused to pay for a portion of the treatment that Dr. Taylor provided, apparently on the ground that it was medically unnecessary.
