This is a civil rights action filed on January 21, 1993 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by Steve Husbands ("Husbands"), a prisoner who at all times relevant was incarcerated at the Southport Correctional Facility ("Southport"). Husbands filed his original complaint pro se but is now represented by counsel. Pending before the Court are defendants' motion for summary judgment...
