ARNOLD, Chief Justice.

The appellant, David Anthony Webb, was charged with capital murder for shooting and killing Jimmy Griffiths. A jury found him guilty of the lesser-included offense of first-degree murder, for which he received a sentence of life imprisonment. Webb's sole argument on appeal is that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction. We affirm the conviction and sentence.
