Defendant, Kimberly M. Moore, was charged by bill of information with conspiracy to commit first degree robbery, a violation of La. R.S. 14:26 and 14:64.1. Defendant withdrew her initial plea of not guilty and pled guilty. The court sentenced defendant to imprisonment at hard labor for five years without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence, and credited her with time served.
