BRIGHT, Circuit Judge.

Nancy Lurie appeals the district court's1 dismissal of her interlocutory appeal from a bankruptcy court order denying Lurie's motion for a jury trial. The district court dismissed Lurie's appeal for failure to prosecute. Because the district court's order is not a final judgment, we dismiss Lurie's appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
