Attorney Jerome Rosen appeals his conviction on four counts of federal mail fraud stemming from certain representations Rosen made to the trustee of a debtor in bankruptcy. He was sentenced to two years probation, including eight months home confinement, and fined $30,000. Rosen argues that the elements of mail fraud were not met by his failure to disclose certain information about a proposed asset sale, and that there was insufficient evidence...
