Georgia-Pacific Corporation appeals from a ruling of the Workers' Compensation Commission granting Claude Franklin Dancy permanent total disability benefits. Georgia-Pacific contends that the commission erred (1) as a matter of law in awarding permanent total disability benefits, (2) in finding that Dancy suffered a permanent loss of use of his right leg, and (3) in refusing to allow after-discovered evidence.
