DAVIS, Chief Justice.

Charles R. Normand ("Normand") appeals from a protective order entered against him. The trial court found that the numerous phone calls Normand made to his ex-wife, Marianne Fox ("Fox"), constituted family violence warranting the issuance of a protective order.
