Plaintiffs commenced this action against Defendant alleging violation of the maximum hours provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 207. Presently before the Court are cross motions for summary judgment. No hearing is deemed necessary. Local Rule 105.6 (D.Md.).
