COHEN, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of murder and assessed punishment at 75 years imprisonment. We affirm.

FACTS

Appellant belonged to a gang. Manuel Molina, the victim, belonged to a rival gang. Angelica Espinosa testified she accompanied appellant and his two co-defendants, Jorge Castillo and Mark Soliz, to a party the evening of the murder. Espinosa testified these three boys had talked before the party that same day about "getting"...
