Williams (Defendant), Farmers Home Administration and others, to quiet title to certain real property located in McDonald County, Missouri (the property). The trial court found the issue of title to the property in favor of Plaintiff and entered judgment quieting title to the property in Plaintiff. Defendant appeals.
