Judith Wilson, Appellant, appeals on behalf of the estate of her deceased husband, Joe Woodrow Wilson Jr. ("Wilson"). Wilson originally filed a motion for enforcement and clarification of a 1977 decree of divorce, challenging the percentage of a defined benefit plan that had been awarded to his former wife, Appellee Pamela Lynn Uzzel ("Uzzel").
