Appellants Sexton Law Firm, P.A., and Sam Sexton, Jr. (Sexton), appeal a judgment in favor of appellee Phillip J. Milligan on Sexton's claim of breach of contract, claiming error by the trial court in excluding certain evidence. Sexton further claims that the trial court erred in directing a verdict in favor of Milligan on his claims of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty.
