DENNIS, Circuit Judge:

This is a review of the district court's summary judgment dismissing a suit by Charles Ray Taylor against Perrin, Landry, deLaunay & Durand (PLdD), Allan L. Durand, and USI Financial Services, Inc. (USI) under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq. We reverse and remand the case to the district court for further proceedings.
