Merry Christine Pease was convicted by a jury of second degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of murder. She appeals, contending that (1) the Commonwealth's Attorney improperly appeared before the grand jury; (2) the trial court erred in admitting an intercepted communication; and (3) the trial court erred in granting a jury instruction on the effects of suicide on insurance policies....
