George Romanelli filed a petition for modification of a dissolution decree to reduce or eliminate his alimony obligation, and requested the court declare his lien on the marital home due and payable. Linda Romanelli, his former spouse, filed an answer to the petition and a counter application for modification of the decree to increase George's alimony obligation. George and Linda each filed a motion for summary judgment regarding the lien request...
